Hello,

I can't instantiate a dialog box with a "Tree Control" defined in it
when I call:
	CreateDialog(((LPCREATESTRUCT)lParam)->hInstance, "ConfigureBox", hwnd,
ConfigureDlgProc);
it returns NULL ...

does anybody already got the same problem ?
