First observation Expand libs (or another catagory with enough entries to cause a scrollbar to appear) Scroll down a bit, so the top catagories scroll off the top. Collapse the open catagory. The scroll bar disappears as expected, but the top catagories are now not visible, and I cannot get them back without expanding another catagory big enough to get a scrollbar again. System is WinNT 4.0, SP6.
