I'm not criticizing anyone! I just dont know why 3.0.1 is slower. I was guessing it might be my code because of which I got it slow. I might have missed up the threads that actually answer my question already on the mailing list. And I also just wanted to know when g++ 3.0.1 is coming to standard download because I might have done something wrong in the compilation because of which the output code generated is so slow.
