It was cool. My NT machine crashed later and I had to reinstall all the programs again and cygwin was no exception. Now, with the latest version installed, I dont see any color differentiation on my vi editor for various file types. I assumed it was a default setting but now what I see is just a black and white text for any kind of file with ^M as end-of-line character in blue. Is there a way, that I can get back to what I wanted.
