FWIW, ORBZ seems to have taken up the mantle from ORBS as the spam list
that takes no guff.  It also doesn't seem to have the personal animosity
that ORBS accreted due to the maintainer's demeanor.  We use it and
hardly get any false positives and plenty of true-spam hits.
