I just upgraded cygwin on my machine(WINNT) from cygwin dll 1.3.2 to = 1.3.3 . When I tried to open vim, it was giving some problem. error = windows was flashed as titled:=20 vim.exe- Unable To Locate DLL and message: "The dynamic link library cygncurses5.dll could not be found in the = specified path F:\cygwin\bin; = C:\WINNT\System32;C:\WINNT\system;C:\WINNT\F:\cygwin\usr\local\bin;F:\cyg= win\bin; c:\WINNT\system32;c:\WINNT;c:\PROGRA~1\TCL\bin. I compiled and installed vim-6.0 from source and it is working fine. So it may be a bug with new release of cygwin dll 1.3.3. I just upgraded cygwin on my = machine(WINNT) from=20 cygwin dll 1.3.2 to 1.3.3 . When I tried to open vim, it was giving some = problem. error windows was flashed as titled:

I compiled and installed vim-6.0 from = source and it=20 is working fine.

So it may be a bug with new release of = cygwin dll=20 1.3.3.
