When i run cygwin, 1.3.3 i think. i'm automaticly logged in with Administrator.. i need cygwin for postgresql. and i read you can't do initdb with root or admin (tried it.. and just keeeeps hanging when creating database) so i guessed, lets try another account.. i tried using login. but i can't login using ANY of my W2000 user names. i recompiled login using the newest available version etc.. still didn't work i exported groups and passwords to /etc dir... and gave myself 3 needed rights from policies. still can't login... i've also tried to login in another account and run cygwin then.. still doesn't work.. and i tried runas but that gives an error once i type correct pass (else it gives can't open file ... or something).
