It was very much unlike me and I regret sending it in the heat of the moment. The only excuse I can make, and a feeble one it is I admit, is to note that my office is located just outside the Capital beltway and everyone here is a little edgy these days. However, that does not excuse my emotion or my use of obscenities in a message to a technical support list. I also displayed cowardice by not sticking around for the justifiable retribution for my flagrant abuse of the list. I am sorry that I offended you and hope that you can see fit to forgive me.
