CVS, at least is no big deal. Many people on this list can help you with this. There is also some information at the cygwin web page. Documents on SGML should be available on the web somewhere, I would think. This is the usual sticking point, however. People often step forward to volunteer but are immediately daunted by the technical details. I'd rather not have to provide active guidance about CVS usage and I can't provide any guidance at all about sgml. Having looked at Cygwin's use of sgml, I can say that it seems pretty intuitive, though.
