Hi Chris,

I have problems, too now.
It is because getopt.h gets included by unistd.h now.

That is a saved unistd.h (saved at date 2001-05-21):
========================
#ifndef _UNISTD_H_
#define _UNISTD_H_

# include <sys/unistd.h>

#endif /* _UNISTD_H_ */

Now it looks like this:
========================
/* unistd.h for Cygwin. */

#ifndef _UNISTD_H_
#define _UNISTD_H_

# include <sys/unistd.h>
# include <getopt.h>

#endif /* _UNISTD_H_ */

I found no ChangeLog entries which refer to a change
in <unistd.h>. Is it recorded somewhere else?
I don't want to get <getopt.h> included automatically if I include
 <unistd.h>.
If I need <getopt.h> I would like to include it separatly.

I think this change in <unistd.h> causes my problems.
