Bailey" Subject: cygwin1.dll 1.3.3 seems to have messed up rlogin Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed The 1.3.3 release of cygwin1.dll seems to hang rlogin. Both ways. When I rlogin to the cygwin machine, the in.rlogind process also spawns in a seperate dos window. I loaded the newest releases, including the 1.3.3 dll on Sept. 15 and rlogin stopped working, it just hangs. I have to kill the process from the other machine to be able to get out of it and it leaves the rlogin process running in the windows task list. It looks like the process is spawning a remote shell but no information is being sent. I'm running Windows 98 on a network with RH Linux machines. I replaced cygwin1.dll with the 1.3.2 version and rlogin worked again. -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
