Updating OpenSSH using setup destroys /etc/ssh_config and 
/etc/sshd_config.  It would be nice it if didn't do that, or if at least 
the announcement would warn about that.

Also, a small bug in ssh-host-config.  I ran it to regenerate 
/etc/ssh*_config, but said no to the "install as a service" question (since 
I had the service already).
In this case, the line "chown system /etc/ssh*" didn't run, so my 
/etc/ssh*_config files were still owned by me.  Therefore, sshd still 
didn't start.
I think the "chown" should be moved two "fi"'s down.  :-)
(Also, I think "chown system:system /etc/ssh*" is slightly more elegant.)
