The online user guide needs obviously to be rewritten at that point. Sorry 'bout that. To get Cygwin we have a setup tool which installs from the net. Just look on the Cygwin home page. There's a link "Install Cygwin now". That will download the setup.exe tool onto your local machine Starting setup will guide you through the installation process.
