To display any base icon, one would have to be added to the rxvt executable using the resource compiler. To support the changing of icons, this would have to be done with a command line switch where code is in place to load the icon resource from a file (ie foo.ico). Is it possible? Yes. Is it currently supported? Does it look like it? Again if this is important to you, I am sure your contribution will be welcome. Use the source.
