Hi Corinna,
Of course I can send what I have done (I have just tested seting RTS and
DTR lines and reading
modem lines , all by ioctl()- seems to work OK) on cygwin list but I
have never being 
doing such a work so tell me in what form I can do that (send new
corrected files or other)
