I'm in a situation where I'd like to have some ActiveState Perl code use
Cygwin Perl instead.  I've been told that a critical element is the
DBI::ODBC functionality.  I don't know a lot about this.  How compatible
would Perl scripts written for ActiveState Perl be to Cygwin Perl, in
particular wrt the DBI::ODBC code?
