I have built dejagnu-1.4 as I needed it to test gcc-3.1.  There are two
cygwin specific patches at
http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/dejagnu/2001-April/000003.html

My testsuite patches for gcc have been accepted.  It would be nice to
upgrade the cygwin version of dejagnu so it all worked OOTB.  Build and
installation is trivial but I am happy to build a tarball if there is any
interest.
