What is the output of `id'? What is the exact output of `ls -ln' and `getfacl' on the file? Just as a hint: If you switch to ntsec for the first time, all file ACLs are set by Windows. If you don't have changed your security settings, all files have very relaxed ACLs, mostly "all permissions for everyone" which is equivalent to rwxrwxrwx.
