Frankly, I don't remember whether winipcfg existed on Win95, that was so long ago...I think it did. On Win98, etal, it's winipcfg. I spend all my time on WinNT 4.0 and it's definitely ipconfig. The snotty response on an earlier posting clouded my thinking as well as my spelling.
