Actually, you can remove the AFAIK above.  I've applied the patches that
upgrade from gcc 2.95.2 to gcc 2.95.3 with no problem so the patches
were definitely not included.

I should have a 2.95.3 release in the next couple of days.  We currently
hashing out the normal w32api issues in cygwin-apps.
