This latest inetutils easily allows me to set up CMD.EXE as my shell under SSH using Inetd. While there are some cases where I'd prefer a bash shell, there are others where I (or more importantly some non-*nix-savvy users) would prefer a DOS-like shell. Again, thank you for all of your (and the rest of the Cygwin team's) hard work! -ME ----- Original Message ----- From: "Corinna Vinschen" To: "cygwin" Sent: Wednesday, March 14, 2001 5:58 AM Subject: Re: problem in telnet session > On Wed, Mar 14, 2001 at 10:41:50AM +0100, Kalkoul Morad wrote: > > Hi, > > > > like Corinna said that your patch runs, and because I'm not a big > > programmer, > > if you can tell me everything that it hat to do update my inetd wit the > > command line to compile inetd? > > You don't have to recompile it.
