I assume it will depend on several of the X libraries: libX11.dll, libXext.dll, etc. You're asking a question that most people won't know unless they try it. So that would be my suggestion. Try to create a test installation with the dependant dll's and see what happens. If you get an error, "unable to find libfoo" then add it.
