Has any body else seen this?

With the latest install including 1.1.18-2 and the new automake, it 
seem to install a strange script perhaps without correct 
permissions...

Running a configure that checks for aclocal and automake returns 
"missing".

Reverting back to automake-1.4 allows these configure scripts to 
find both aclocal and automake.
