There's more in the package but for your purposes, this is the most important change. You probably won't notice any difference in anything else. However, if you're concerned (paraniod?;-)), you can always backup everything that comes in the 1.1.7 cygwin tar ball and then you'll have exactly what was in 1.1.5.
