I don't know the reason since I don't know anything about your system but I would suggest to remove the two latter mount points either by using `umount'. If you have trouble using `umount' try giving the full windows path like that: C:/Cygwin/bin/umount / Eventually you will have to do this twice to get rid of the mount points.
