Christopher,

I took a look at the size of the cygwin dll (~900kb)
and then took a look at the Stallman books, the
listing of c extensions in GCC in particular, and
I conclude that porting cygwin to WinCE is much
more than I am able to, want to, or have time to tackle.

But switching to GCC is beginning to look interesting. :-)
