Subject: retired FAQ entries

The following were in the FAQ as "Known/potential Problems in the
Latest Net Release":

Linking with -lm or -lc leads to crash
Ctrl-S hangs rxvt and xterm
dllwrap is broken (/usr/bin/ld: warning: cannot find entry symbol __cygwin_dll_entry AT 12)

I understand these are all fixed, so I'll take them out now.
