It would be helpful to add route performance information to the
setup.exe program's mirror selection dialog box.  This would let people
_see_ what it really means to load-balance the traffic on the mirrors. I
would expect that you would see a significant improvement in load
balancing across the mirrors.

Alternately, setup could select the best one, but permit the user to
override.
