Hello,
I am working with a customer. We have a product that we wish to bundle 
Cygwin utilities. I have read the licenses and all,  but it seems that 
the main sticking point are applications that are written on top of the 
library. We simply wish to provide a "make" capabilty to our customers 
without forcing them to download Cygwin from the web. i.e. The 
installation process can automate the process.

Again, we only want to use the make utility. We are doing nothing with 
the glib library.
