Using CYGWIN-b20 is 'convenient' for me because this is what our company still uses as the company-standard release of CYGWIN. It is easily accessible on the network, hence 'convenient' for me. Note, I'm not demanding that somebody else do this for me either. I do understand the free software model. Simply reporting the bug is not nearly as useful as fixing it, but it is of some use...
