Changes from 0.10.35-1: o follows new naming scheme for dlls: /usr/lib/libintl.dll.a (import lib) /usr/lib/libintl.a (static lib) /usr/bin/cygintl.dll (dll **) (**) The last update to gettext was in April 1999, over 1.5 yrs ago. This interface is not in immediate danger of changing. No versioning necessary. Installation: Download gettext-0.10.35-2.tar.gz and either: put it in an empty directory with setup.exe run setup (install from local directory) or unpack from '/': cd / && tar xvzf gettext-0.10.35-2.tar.gz Comments eagerly solicited, Chuck Wilson P.S. Please reply to this message with comments specific to the gettext package. If you wish to discuss the library naming scheme, please don't respond to this message. I'll post another thread to kick off *that* discussion. -- Want to unsubscribe from this list? Send a message to cygwin-unsubscribe AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com
