OK (although I am in principle opposed to anything that creates more work for me). This should probably be something like latest/docs with two tar files, one containing the User's Guide and API Reference, and the other containing the FAQ. I say that because the former hardly ever changes, while the latter would change every week or so. But this is not a high priority for me.
