Try reading the support info on the Cygwin home page. Try searching the list archives for relevent answers. Try providing some useful and specific info (there is no cygwin2.dll in the current release) about your problem. Including "cygcheck -s -r -v" output as a text attachment to your posting would be a good place to start. And, above all ....
