Latest Cygwin gcc fails during the source build:

$ gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release-2)

with following error:

./tclEnv.o:/d/cygnus/99r1/x-sh-elf/tcl/win/../../../src/tcl/win/
../generic/tclEnv.c:502: more undefined references to
`__imp___cygwin_environ'

Similar error seen with

tk
itcl
tix

Cygwin-b20 version of gcc works fine.
