When I was trying to install the latest cygwin today I ran the setup.exe
program. I tried connecting to atleast 3 internet sites (freesoftware.com,
cygnus.com, and a sunsite). I got an error dialog that said "Parse Error". I
couldn't proceed after that. I was running win98. I had to workaround the
problem by using the old-setup.exe.
