Hi there,
  i have been trying to install cygwin here at work
for most of the morning and am getting nowhere fast.

I have downloaded setup from about 3 of the mirrors so
far but each time I try and run it I get an error
saying "This program cannot be run in DOS mode".

I am trying to install on a NT4 platform, have looked
in the FAQ and mail archives with no success and am
stumped.

Setup is 435711 in size and the only thing its created
is a setup.pif file.

What gives?
