Hi this maybe a gcc question/or a cygwin question...

GCC isn't picking up .h files from /usr/local/include automatically. Is the
gcc distributed with Cygwin meant to? I ask because a number of add-on
libraries put their .h files in usr/local/include and default makefiles and
configure scripts are missing them out (until i fiddle them)..
