I am using LyX which used CygWin and get the error cant display localhost:0.0 the file is a descriptor not a socket Besides Cygwin, it is possible I have not configured Xwin32 (the display server) or the runlyx.bat correctly. Win98se I dont understand displays very well. Also I am using the fairly new release of Cygwin and I have seen a textmode flag set. Thanks for any advice, Stephen -- Want to unsubscribe from this list? Send a message to cygwin-unsubscribe AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com
