It looks like sshd2 should work exactly as it does on Unix (ie the NT password should never be prompted for (assuming /etc/passwd is configured properly and the client is running ssh-agent2 with their key already added). Can anyone confirm this? Are there other changes that I've missed? Can you update the ChangeLog and NEWS files and include their diff as well into the diff file? Also, it looks like it may be time to wrap the open() and fopen() calls to help ensure that they all pass the correct binary/text mode. Does anyone disagree? Is anyone able to make such a change? You can find source and binary packages on ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin/porters/Vinschen_Corinna/V1.1.1 files: openssh-1.2.2-2.README openssh-1.2.2-2.diff openssh-1.2.2-2.tar.gz openssh-1.2.2-src.tar.gz and openssh-2.1.0p3.README openssh-2.1.0p3.diff openssh-2.1.0p3.tar.gz openssh-2.1.0p3-src.tar.gz Moreover you'll need OpenSSL if you didn't want to use the binary package but want to compile by yourself. The package is in the same URL: openssl-0.9.5.README openssl-0.9.5.diff openssl-0.9.5.tar.gz openssl-0.9.5-src.tar.gz Please, read the READMEs.
