Check to see if you have an old extra copy of cygwin1.dll somewhere on your path. Somehow (I have no idea how), when I updated to 1.1.2, I ended up with a bogus cygwin1.dll in /usr/local/bin. Delete it eliminated the errors. > -----Original Message----- > From: rmg2768 AT draper DOT com [mailto:rmg2768 AT draper DOT com] > Sent: Thursday, June 08, 2000 10:56 AM > To: cygwin AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com > Subject: Re: Updated: Cygwin DLL 1.1.2 > > > Hello, > After installing cygwin-1.1.2 with the latest DLL, I got the > following error when trying to execute "mount" to check my > mount table: > > d:\usr\bin\mount.exe: *** shared region is corrupted. inited 14 > 0 [main] ? 0 lock_pinfo_for_update: rc 0, pinfo_mutex > 0xFFFFFFFF, Win32 error 6 > > Any ideas? > > -Rob > > > -- > Want to unsubscribe from this list? > Send a message to cygwin-unsubscribe AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com > -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
