Excellent work, Corinna!

There two very small errors in the README.
1. Extracting/renaming "aux.c" (blame M$).
tar xzf openssh-2.1.0p3-src.tar.gz
tar xzf openssh-2.1.0p3-src.tar.gz -O openssh-2.1.0p3/aux.c
>openssh-2.1.0p3/aux_funcs.c

2. Your .diff file does not include paths, so patch does not need the
"-p1" if you are already in the source directory.

I built & tested it under cygwin1.1.1.
Everything went so smoothly I forgot to check the time at the end, but
it was under 15 minutes.
