When I type pushd /c/My\ Download\ Files/Cygnus/Xfree/ it responds: /c/My Download Files/Cygnus/Xfree / setenv: Too many arguments. % which pushd pushd: shell built-in command. % pwd /c/My Download Files/Cygnus/Xfree This indicates that it works, but the complaint is odd.
