The latest version of perl is now available at
http://cygutils.netpedia.net/ as well as several modules compiled for
that version of perl. 


perl harness results:

(This is with CYGWIN=tty binmode ntea, and with a copy of cygwin1.dll
placed into the <PERL-SRC>/t directory, to avoid the op/taint failure)
