gdbm also suffered from missing file mode specifiers in open() calls.
Since this messes up file permissions for newly created files when ntsec
is enabled, I fixed it. This fix allows 'cvs export' to work correctly
(it didn't, before) and I hope it will also eliminate a number of
database errors in the perl regression suite.

gdbm-1.8.0-1 source, binary, and patch are available from
