See my Cygwin Tips site (http://www.woodsoup.org/projs/ORKiD/updating.htm#DROOLVIEW) for intructions on where to move things, or use my 'DroolView' snapshot distribution, which is 'pre-cooked' so that everything ends up in the proper place automatically.
