dllwrap fails with the following after wading through the header file
name changes from B20.1 to 1.0.

I think WinMain is in libcygwin.a but all of the other links to unix
cygwin compatibility layer work fine... Hmmm

Am I missing some important documentation on the changes ( or a FAQ )
between B20.1 and Cygwin 1.0??
