Go to URL http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/snapshots/cygwin-inst-19990913.tar.gz/ and find the crt0.o and click on it. Or if you have the GCC source code simply find the appropriate source and compile it. CAUTION: This is a snapshot file.
