But, as Emanuele Aliberti pointed out himself, ReactOS is not NT, and neither it has anything like what the Utah O/S library does with *BSD or Linux drivers; so, unless we are talking about a ReactOS DDK project (which might be an interesting thing it its own right), this is mostly pointless.
