It tells you what to do when you're using Cygwin > development snapshots. Actually I hadn't (naughty) but now that I have I still get the same error. I have added the -I flag and then -L flag and then -mno-cygwin flags incrementally. The error only starts on the 199907 snapshot any before work fine and the normal B20.1 works as well.
