The binaries of LessTif 0.88.9 for Cygwin are out.
You can download it from http://siddiqi.webjump.com
This version of LessTif 0.88.9 has all the libraries (Xm, Mrm and Xlt)
built as DLLs, instead of static libs in previous versions.  Hopefully
this will help to improve performance of applications. The Ziped Tar
archive contains MOTIF 1.2 and 2.0 compatible libs.

From the same URL you can also download X11R6.4/LessTIf/X-Widegts
for the latest Cygwin Development Snapshots. This version is being
released because several users at Cygwin and OpenDX Mailing list asked for
it
